General terms

The followings terms and conditions will apply using electronic shop with the trademark MAR ELECTRONICS in the address www.marelectronics.gr.

• Every user using services of the electronic shop is considered to give consent for the following terms implicitly, with no exception. If a user for any reason refuse consent for the terms, he is required not to use the electronic shop.
• The company reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of use, whenever is necessary, and it undertakes the responsibility to inform the users.
• The company undertakes the resposibility for the accuracy and the completeness of all the information offered, with regard to the identity of the company and the transactions offered by the electronic shop. The Company, under the good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries made in error / mistake in the common experience and shall be entitled to correct these whenever perceive their existence.
• The company under the operation of the electronic shop has no responsibility for any damage resulting from the cancellation of orders, failure to perform or delay in executing them, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products but it undertakes the responsibility to inform the users as soon as possible about it. The company provides the content (for instance information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website “as is”. Under no circumstances is the company civilly or criminally liable for any damage that may come by visiting the website or any third reason related to the operation and the services offered.

Returns

• The user is informed about the availability of the products. The electronic shop includes products in availability and products indicated as "no available". Also, any offers included in the electroic shop, are always valid until the end of the stock.
• The customer is obligated to unpack and check the products and to inform the company about any defective ones in a time range of ten days from the reception . After this time range the company considers that the products delivered and received in a good condition.
• In any case, the details of the return of the products, for any reason, will be declared by contacting the company.

Shipping cost

Shippings take place with the at the time affiliated company. Shipping cost is declared as 4€ for every city that the affiliated company services. The above cost regards shipping up to two kg, for every extra kg there is an extra charge of 1€. For every order there will be a contact for the confirmation of the total cost. If on delivery is chosen as the payment method there is an extra charge of 4€.
